• I don't accept returns or refund purchases unless there are special circumstances. These items are handmade and require lots of time and energy to produce.
- Custom Work
• If you're interested in a custom piece whether it's an alter, drawing, painting, or crochet item, fill out the contact submission form. Note your budget and idea so I can bring it to life! I will get back to you within 48hrs.
- Turn Around Time
• Alters typically take 1-3 weeks, drawings/painting can take 1-6 weeks, crochet items can take 1-6 weeks. The completion time varies depending on size, complexity, and what materials are being used. If I believe a project will take longer I will clearly communicate that with you. I like to complete projects in the order that they are recieved to avoid confusion.
